Although laws such like that haven't been promulgated currently, energy conservation and pollution reduction have been given as a basic national policy in China. And the General Office of the State Council of China recently issued and implemented the unit GDP energy consumption assessment system for the task, which energy-saving and environmental protection will be linked to performance of officials. From 2008 on, the officials of local government will report to the central government about energy-saving task. 一、白熾燈、LED日光燈(含一般熒光節(jié)能燈)、LED半導(dǎo)體照明燈的發(fā)光原理及其性能特征:
The luminescent configuration and theory and function features of incandescent lamp,LED fluorescent light(including common fluorescent light) and LED semiconductor light.
1、白熾燈是根據(jù)電流的熱效應(yīng)制成的發(fā)光器件,它是將燈絲(一般為鎢絲)電流通電加熱到白熾狀態(tài),利用熱輻射發(fā)射出可見光的電光源,至500℃開始發(fā)出可見光,隨著溫度的增加,從紅-橙黃-白逐漸變化,燈絲的溫度在白光時(shí)高達(dá)2000-3000℃,40W的燈泡外表溫度約60℃,100W的可達(dá)200℃,甚至周圍物體會(huì)被烤焦,壽命低,約為1000小時(shí),光效低,約為10-20 lm/W。
The incandescent lamp is luminescent device made fro m heat effect of the current. The filament (usually tungsten) current is electrically heated to reach incandescent status and emits electric light sources of visible light at 500 degrees Celsius through thermal radiation. As the temperature increases and red-orange yellow-white color changes, the temperature of the filament reaches 2000-3000℃when during white color, the surface temperature of the 40W bulb reaches 60℃, the 100W reaches 200℃, even some will scorch surrounded bodies. Shorter life, around 1000hrs; Lower light efficiency, only 10-20 LM/W.
2、日光燈(熒光燈)主要是通過鎮(zhèn)流器或電子鎮(zhèn)流器形成700V左右的中高壓接于兩端燈絲,燈絲開始發(fā)射電子,電子碰撞氬原子產(chǎn)生非彈性碰撞,氬原子碰撞后獲得了能量又撞擊汞原子,汞原子在吸收能量后躍遷產(chǎn)生電離發(fā)射253nm的紫外線,紫外線激發(fā)熒光粉發(fā)光,熒光燈工作時(shí)燈絲的溫度在1100℃左右,壽命不高,約為5000小時(shí),光效率為50 lm/W,現(xiàn)在市場流行的節(jié)能燈實(shí)際為高頻的熒光燈,工作原理并無大的區(qū)別,壽命約為6000小時(shí),光效率約為80 lm/W。
The fluorescent lightis connected with each end of filament by 700V medium-high voltage of electronic ballast. The filaments emit electrons, collisions of electrons with Argon atoms make inelastic collision, Argon atoms collide Hg atoms again after gain collision energy. Hg atoms transitions produce ionizing and emit 253nm ultraviolet radiation after absorbing energy so that the ultraviolet radiation excites fluorescent phosphor and luminesces. The temperature of the filament can reach 1100℃while fluorescent light works. Shorter life, about 5000hrs; light efficiency is 50 LM/W. Currently The popular energy-saving light in the market is actually high-frequency fluorescent light. No bigger difference for the two. The work life of the latter is about 6000hrs and the light efficiency is about 80 LM/W.
3、LED日光燈主要是由多個(gè)LED點(diǎn)光源的組合,通過導(dǎo)光板有效分光發(fā)光,LED發(fā)光為半導(dǎo)體芯片直接發(fā)光方式,所以產(chǎn)生的熱量很少,而且單色性好,光譜窄,無需過濾,發(fā)出的光即為可見光,白熾燈其色溫約在2500K-3000K,偏暖(即偏黃),日光(熒光)燈的色溫約在6000K-6800K(白色),LED燈可根據(jù)工作場地及工作性質(zhì)需要設(shè)置色溫,照明的色溫實(shí)際比日光燈的6000K更高些,即更偏冷些,人的視覺感會(huì)更舒服,一般根據(jù)工作場合可在5000K-10000K色溫區(qū)選擇,一旦完成設(shè)置,工作十分穩(wěn)定,LED日光燈的壽命可高達(dá)3萬小時(shí),光效率可達(dá)90Lm/W以上。
The fluorescent light is composed of multiple LED point lights which effectively split light and emit light through light panel. LED luminescence belongs to direct light mode of semiconductor chips which includes less heat, better monochromaticity, narrow spectrum. It doesn’t need to filter and emits the visible light. The color temperature of incandescent lamp is about 2500K-3000K, warm and yellow; the color temperature of common fluorescent lamp is about 6000K-8000K, white. The color of temperature of LED fluorescent lamp might be configured according to work place and work category and it is higher and colder than 6000K of common fluorescent lamp. Also, it’s comfortable for man’s visual perception. Generally it’s can be chosen between 5000K and 10000K according to workplace. It will be working sufficiently stably once accomplish configuration. The work life of LED fluorescent lamp can reach 30000hrs and the light efficiency can reach 90LM/W.

4、投入相同價(jià)格成本的平衡點(diǎn)時(shí)間(未考慮人工維護(hù)成本)

The total investment of LED semiconductor lamp = 190RMB + 0.012KWh * 1RMB *24hrs * 365days * 5years = 715.6RMB
即第5年時(shí),一12W的半導(dǎo)體燈比一40W的日光燈總成本費(fèi)用節(jié)省了2079-715.6=1363.4(元)
That’s to say, the saving cost of one 12W semiconductor lamp compared with one 40W traditional fluorescent lamp is 2079RMB – 715.6RMB = 1363.4RMB when the fifth year arrives.
四:按照10年和5年計(jì)算

※日光燈的總投資費(fèi)用=60元+12×9元+0.045千瓦×1元×24小時(shí)×365天×10年=4110(元)
The total investment of fluorescent lamp = 60RMB + 12RMB * (4+5) each + 0.045KWh * 1RMB * 24hrs * 365days * 10years = 4110RMB
※半導(dǎo)體燈的總投資費(fèi)用=190元+0.012千瓦×1元×24小時(shí)×365天×10年=1241.2(元)
The total investment of LED semiconductor lamp = 190RMB + 0.012KWh * 1RMB * 24hrs * 365days * 10 years = 1241.2RMB
節(jié)省成本費(fèi)用4110-1241.2=2868.8(元)
The total saving cost = 4110RMB – 1241.2RMB = 2868.8RMB
