新疆凱杰源石油工程設(shè)備有限公司成立于2007年1月，其前身是新疆宏瑞石油工程設(shè)備有限公司，2008年2月份更名為現(xiàn)名。
   公司是以石油工業(yè)領(lǐng)域為主的范圍實施經(jīng)營，主要有三個方面：石油工程承包和技術(shù)服務(wù)（目前主要是對國外）、國際貿(mào)易和國際交流、中介業(yè)務(wù)和服務(wù)。
   目前公司有高級管理、高級技術(shù)人員12人。都是些從事過20到30多年石油鉆井工程、石油設(shè)備管理和改造、油田技術(shù)作業(yè)設(shè)計與實施、國際石油（油田技術(shù)）工程項目的承包和管理、國際石油鉆井工程承包、輸油管道工程承包、國際貿(mào)易和國際關(guān)系、道路建筑和樓房工程承包等項目、工程的行家里手。在長期的與外合作、交流中，普遍獲得國際同行人員的認(rèn)可，并且已經(jīng)建立了長期、穩(wěn)固的信任關(guān)系，絕大多數(shù)的合作項目是成功的、愉快的。員工的普遍文化程度為大學(xué)、大專、中專。

Xinjiang Kaijieyuan Petroleum Engineering & Equipment Company Limited (KJY) was eatablished in Jan. 2007, its former name was Xinjiang Hongrui Petroleum Engineering & Equipment Co. Ltd, which has changed its name at Feb.2008.
Company business scopes are mainly oil industrial area, which is mainly including three scopes: Oil Engineering project contracting, interenational trading, and agent operation, etc.
KJY now has more than 12 high level management person and technical people, which has more than 20 year and 30 year experience at their oil well drilling, workover, oil equipment management and rebuilding, oil field technology operation and inplementation, international petroleum (oilfield) Engineering project contracting & administration, oil well drilling contracting and amending, oil pipeline construction, internation trades, hihg way road and bridge construction, resident and city sewage water drainage project, which has got a good reputation from our past cooperation with our clients and copartners.
