ABOUT US

東莞市沙田鴻驛鞋材廠，其前身是東莞驛昌公司，成立于2004年；2008年較名為東莞市沙田鴻驛鞋材廠。
DongGuan ShaTian HongYi Shoes Material Factory, formerly known as DongGuan YiChang Polyurethane Company, was founded in 2004 and adopted its current name in 2008. 
公司以“全國(guó)勞動(dòng)**”、“全國(guó)**工作者”當(dāng)選者張亞雄等一批高分子學(xué)教授為帶頭人的研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)，一直致力于新型材料及其應(yīng)用的創(chuàng)新和探索。
With strong support from the R&D team headed by Zhang YaXiong, an engineer specialized in polymer science and a winner of National Model Worker Award and National Advanced Worker Award, we have devoted ourselves to the innovation of new polyurethane materials and their applications.
公司于2016年完成無(wú)接縫拋丸機(jī)履帶的研發(fā)工作，并獲得發(fā)明**和實(shí)用新型**，為國(guó)內(nèi)乃至**設(shè)計(jì)。
In 2016, our research on polyurethane seamless shot blasting machine belt came into fruition. We obtained an invention patent and a utility model patent for the belt, the first of its kind both at home and abroad.

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：Product Features:
一、堅(jiān)韌不斷裂：的剪切強(qiáng)度、拉伸強(qiáng)度和耐磨度為普通橡膠的3～7倍。
i. Super Tough: No cracking
The shear strength, tensile strength and abrasion-resistance of polyurethane are three to seven times than that of ordinary rubber.
二、	耐磨不脫層：采用整體一次性高溫澆注成型生產(chǎn)工藝，無(wú)接縫，使用過(guò)程中產(chǎn)品承受力均勻。
ii. Ultra Abrasion Resistant: No delaminating:
One-time high temperature casting molding is adopted in the production to ensure an even distribution of pressure on the seamless belts when they are put into use.
三、使用壽命是傳統(tǒng)橡膠同類產(chǎn)品的6～7倍，徹底解決了傳統(tǒng)履帶產(chǎn)品使用壽命不可控的行業(yè)痛點(diǎn)。
 iii. More Durable: Our products have a lifespan6~7 times longer than that of traditional rubber products. The unpredictability of the product lifespan is no longer a problem that perplexes experts in this field.
